My Review -

The last book in the Karmic City trilogy, The City of Lord Shiva by Hema Myer Sood, is finally out. I have been waiting for this for a long time. The last two books have had a long-lasting impact on me. This book explains some new concepts that help us diversely see the world.

In the first book, The City of Lord Brahma, the author gave insight into the physical level of consciousness and suggestions to control our negative thoughts and cultivate positive ones.

In the second book, The City of Lord Vishnu, she explains karma aspects, the way food affects our thoughts, the balance of good and bad karma, and the auric energies that help us and others. This book is my favorite in the trilogy.

In the last book, the soul was asked by the angels to leave Aditi, Karthik, Vaidehi, Dev, and Virat. So that they all learn to walk alone and achieve spiritual guidance directly. Aditi was the first who obtained higher knowledge, and the soul wanted her to take his place. Before that, the soul helps them to learn to live a life without ego and how our internal dialogues boost it. The soul made them understand that Lord Shiva is wrongly associated with death and devastation. He destroys the ego and releases us from the clutches of worldly affairs.

This book is also embellished with poems and Geeta shlokas. The author maintains his excellent writing style that makes the book unputdownable. We all have a different level of consciousness. Some of us have higher spiritual knowledge, while some have no idea about it. So, every reader will interpret the meaning according to that.

We often ask ourselves questions like, who are we? What is our purpose? Is there a life after death? How will we get Moksha? Why do we get old? All the answers are written in our ancient scriptures. But we need someone to explain them according to our level of understanding. This book will do that for you. The Karmic City trilogy is bliss for spirituality seekers; it inspires you and helps you to grow. I would recommend this book undoubtedly.
