Jesus and Muhammad Books

Book Review -

Two profoundly significant people in history, Jesus and Muhammad, come together in this book as one. Karim Shabazz's debut novel portrays the similarities between Jesus and Muhammad's teachings.

I haven't got the chance to read the Bible and Quran yet, but I will read them one day, and because of Jesus and Muhammad: 2 Rays of The Same Light, I'll have some of the understanding of the Bible and the Quran's teachings. I never envisioned or assumed that they share the same beliefs or perspectives.

While reading this book, I Google for the verses cited in the book, and I was impressed by the author's meticulous research on this subject. I also found many articles and videos that showcase the difference between Jesus and Muhammad; a handful of content revealed the similarities between Christianity and Islam. That's why this book stands out; it's uncommon and thoroughly investigated.

Currently, the world is divided into countless tiny pieces, primarily by religion, corrupt beliefs, or prejudices. We all need hope and understanding that the prophets or messengers of God gave distinct directions from what we are believing/following nowadays. Jesus and Muhammad both accepted that there is one God/Creator, and they were strived to address the message the Creator wanted us to know. But do we understand that?

There is already so much hate in this world; in the midst, Karim Shabazz tried to share this priceless and astute work to bring Jesus and Muhammad's followers a little closer. All you need to keep an open mind.

The author wrote the book in the third person, and I feel that the impact would have been more if it was written in the first person. The language is easily comprehensible; you don't have to worry about complicated vernacular.

For me, this book was an eye-opener and intriguing. If you're into this subject, then you must read it. But I especially recommend this novel to Christians and Muslims.
