Peaceful Noise, My Inner Voice is a debut book written by Roma. The author's primary goal in writing this book is to give the readers a chance to connect with their inner selves and reflect on their life choices.
This is the first time I have come across a poetry journal, so let me clarify what you'll find inside this book. First, the author shares quotes and proses, and then comes the journaling segment, where you need to answer the given questions. Now, you may be thinking about what those questions are? Well, I can't tell you that, but I am happy to share that they are pretty contemplating.
When I started answering them, I felt light because pouring my emotions onto the paper always helped me, but they were always jumbled. This time I got the chance to answer specific questions that helped me deal with a particular issue. There are a few questions I was not able to answer because they require more introspection from my side, and I decided to come back journaling them in the future.
Our life has become a rat race, and it's vital to take some time off and focus on our emotional well-being. In my personal opinion, journal writing is the best therapy that we all can afford. It helps to keep track of our sentiments and understands what makes us tick. By publishing this, the author gives all of us a chance to self-discovery.
The quotes are encouraging and relatable. In addition, it is adorned with some stunning photographs, and I'm so happy to have this book in my collection. Roma's writing worked as a therapy for me; it is hard to keep it down once you pick it. I highly suggest this one to all the people who love to do journaling. It is something that you'll treasure forever because I know I will.
