Q.1 Tell us something about yourself not many people know?

A.
Yes, I have started my next book it is called Graphene Effect, will let you more about it shortly.

Q.3 Why did you make the decision to become a personal coach?
A.
I spend a lot of time with the youth in Church and I realized that instead of parents, youth look for advice outside especially to their peers who are also as good as them. Since youth is the future of this world if they are guided in the right direction, we will have a prosperous and peaceful world.

Q.4 What’s the difference between coaching and counseling?
A.
Counseling is to help people overcome their problems. Coaching is for someone who would want to move to the next level and it is their choice and Coach will only help them to tap their potential.

Q.5 Tell us about your approach to life coaching and your specialist area?
A.
As a Coach, many of them get into the mode of advice which is what we should avoid, it is all about asking the right questions, listening deeply to the clients and understands their challenges, strengths, and slowly guide them in the right direction.

Q.6 What are some of the challenges you faced when you first started?
A.
I have been involved in facilitating sessions in Emotional Intelligence, Body Language, Communications, so it was easy for me to get myself up to the next level as a coach.

Q.7 What kind of impact would you like to make by your book?
A.
Most of the families are nuclear only with Parents and the Children greatly miss their Grand Parents. I always see Parents as trainers and Grand Parents as Coaches. To give you an example, if a Children get lower marks in the exam parents would be upset but the grandparents would motivate the child to be better next time. I wanted to fill this gap and by writing this book anyone could get the nuances of Coaching especially the Parents who can become a coach.
