Bring 'EM ON: Unleash Confront Conquer

He is a person of several attainments. Equipped with an MBA from IMS Indore, followed by LLB. He has become a doyen in the field of education. Recipient students mark him out as an illustrious trainer and life coach/transformation coach, a person to approach getting their doubts resolved and grievances assuaged. His stint as Life Coach bears testimony to his prowess in mentoring those needing it. Not resting with that, he has given an outlet to his creative urge, in writing books, with Bring 'EM ON being notable.

He has a penchant for looking at life and events dispassionately and doing real original thinking. A non-conformist, his thinking is radical, if not rebellious, in tone and tenor. He propels his mentees to think out of the box instead of accepting things blindly. United in thought, word, and deed, Rachit is candid in thinking and expressing, as vouchsafed by those knowing him in close quarters. A widely read person, accommodative and catholic in outlook, having spent time and learned from those wise and prudent, he provides delightful, enriching, and enjoyable company to those in his proximity while scripting a relationship that is enduring and endearing.

Q.1 Tell us something about yourself; not many people know?

A. What I find exciting about myself is the fact that I love absolutely everything under the sun. I love the creator’s creation. I take pleasure in the simple things in life. My father often says you can even survive alone in the Amazon, and that's absolutely true. My definition of an extraordinary life is living amidst trees, rivers, and mountains.

I do not get impressed by materialistic pleasures, but I instead enjoy the beauty in the simplest of things around. People see me as a trainer, a coach, an author, but very few people know that a child in me is still and will always be alive. If there is one thing, I fear then that would be Mother Nature; rather not worry, I would say rather tremendous respect towards it.

Q.2 When should we expect your next book? What will it be about?

A. Most likely, by the end of 2021, I will be launching my next book. It is too early to disclose any details, but I can tell you it will be a book about establishing a strong relationship with yourself.

Q.3 When did you decide to write Bring ‘EM ON?

A. I started working at the age of 16 years; I started as a home tutor to ride to my student's house at 5:30 in the morning to teach her; ever since, I have stayed and grown as a teacher, a coach, a mentor. In 2009 I started Career Fort, where I had the opportunity to coach and impact more than 6000 people to date. During this journey, I realized I had an enriched experience that not many people would encounter in their lifetime. That is when I realized I must share the knowledge and experience I have gathered with the world, and we all know a book is the best possible form of contribution. Bring ‘EM ON is my baby I have always seen it to inspire lives, impact lives, and influence mindsets rather than a source to make an income. Many people are very modest when it comes to talking about their book, but for me, I have seen how Bring ‘em On has influenced mindsets. I know the potential it carries, so when I have no qualms about declaring to people that Bring ‘em on will change their perspective for the better. I think more than anything, it is my faith, my utmost honesty, and the purity with which I have expressed all the aspects of life in Bring ‘EM ON that makes me genuinely proud and contended.

Q.4 Where do you hope to take your writing in the future?

A. Wherever it goes!! I do not make plans; I let life flow, which is precisely what I do with my writing. I know I am a blessed soul, and I believe in the power of the Universe.

Q.5 What were your feelings when you first saw the cover of the finished product?

A. It was the most powerful and beautiful feeling ever. I had teary eyes. It does not take much to make me emotional and I remember feeling goosebumps all over. The feeling of seeing your thoughts turn into matter, the sense of seeing something in existence, is magical. Everything was designed by me. And the colors used, the font, the breaking chain everything and to see it and touch it after you have been visualizing it for years is nothing less than a dream come true.

Q.6 What do you want readers to take away from your book?

A. Well, that is the best part there is no one thing or two things to take away. It is an all-encompassing, enriching experience gathered by interacting/training very closely. The way the book is designed is every page has something worth reading. Any page you open has a topic. So as long as you are ready to absorb and imbibe, there is a lot to take away. Although it benefits more if it is read from the blurbs to the first page and the last, it will be positively impacting and transforming for the reader.

Q.7 What was one of the most surprising things you learned while writing this book?

A. It wasn’t exactly surprising but yes, reaffirming that, till I wrote the first line, just the thoughts weren’t taking the book anywhere. Action is the key; in this case, it was the first line. After that, I never looked back.

Q.8 What was the most challenging part of writing this book?

A. I use to write mostly at night; the rest of the time, I was involved in my classes and further studies. Sometimes you could just not write for the heck of writing. The mood the feel is equally important to lift the pen up, I was never in haste to taste the book soon. I am highly patient, but yes, I was quite satisfied with it when it came out.

Q.9 Do you believe in writer’s block? If yes, how do you deal with it?

A. Honestly, I have never experienced writer’s block. I am a natural speaker, I am an authentic writer, my thoughts are original and influential. I feel so complete and comfortable in my own space that breakthroughs are an everyday event, and when you are comfortable being out of your comfort zone, you know that you can never ever run out of ideas and thoughts.

Q.10 What is the best piece of advice anyone has ever given you?

A. The one person I have the utmost respect and love for is my Grandfather. The greatest lesson I learned from him was the importance of education and the sole purpose of life. He was a CWA in 1960. He was a cost accountant, a Homeopath, and a Professor. I saw how his knowledge helped him live what I consider to be the most successful life ever. I learned to love life and to see value in contribution. I lived my life with him and grew watching him do the things; he was exemplary and much more than just advice.

Q.11 Who would you most like to thank them for their involvement in your writing career?

A. I think watching my students taking pride in my accomplishments was my biggest motivation. A few of my students spent months helping me type the content and to organize it. So, a big thanks to them.

Q.12 When was your last memorable learning curve?

A. Learning is an ongoing process. I learn from situations and people around me, my own experiences every single day, so there is no last learning curve; the curve is always growing.

Q.13 Tell us about your writing process while you’re working?

A. I love to jot down my thoughts my experiences every week. Then I compile them into various topics.

Q.14 Do you have any unique and quirky writing habits?

A. I am a natural orator; I come up with my own quotes and one-liner. Most people think work on these and prepare them in advance, but it comes from within. And my friends love my one-liners, and some of my friends make a note of it for me.

Q.15 How does your family/friends feel about your book or writing venture in general?

A. Initially, they felt that I am wasting my time and I should focus on productive things as in conventional profession only, later on, when the book was finally published, they were very proud and thrilled especially my father.

Q.16 Do you read your book reviews? How do you deal with good and bad ones?

A. I do; I am an influential person. I am open to criticism, so there is nothing to deal with it. I understand the more significant number of people who know you, the more opinions and judgments you will have to face. That is just a part of the game. I believe any kind of feedback is good feedback. I only use it to introspect if I see value in it, I take it, and if I don’t, I ignore it. You can’t make everyone happy. But it is your responsibility to keep striving to be a better you and seek happiness for yourself.

Q.17 What would you share with folks who are skeptical of reading Non-Fiction?

A. Stories are good, but confronting the realities of life are no less thrilling if one has the guts to take ‘em head-on. Make-believe stories can’t take you to the real world. It’s better sometimes to put your head down reading and implement something productive as well. And not all non-fictions are just motivation or boring lectures. Sometimes there are masterpieces and should be embraced for a much-awaited transformation in a person’s life.

Q.18 Which famous person, living or dead, would you like to meet and why?

A. My grandfather, he always inspired by his actions and Rahul Dravid, the name is enough.

Q.19 What books have most influenced your life?

A. Well, I haven’t read many fiction and nonfiction books, but I have read about 300+ subject books very profoundly, and each one of them has had a major impact on the knowledge I carry. Since I was any subject anytime kind of teacher. I have had to upgrade myself daily. I have acquired 4 degrees, but I have taught more than 80 subjects. I still remember the days right before exams when I would teach all my students at the same time, I have taught 30 subjects on a single day. So yes, I am a self-made man, and that, in my opinion, is the backbone of my conviction.

Q.20 Share the experience of your journey so far?

A. Amazing journey filled with learnings, unlearning, relearning. Looking forward to constant improvement and being persistent with my IKIGAI.
